Fetch as Googlebot is a new feature in the Google Webmaster Tools' labs, a fairly new area that Google has recently rolled out. Using the Google Webmaster Tools section of Google, you can view a lot of good information about your web site, including this new feature, which allows you to actually see what Googlebot, Google's search engine spider, sees when they visit your web site.
